Dress Hire

When you hire a dress through Wear Well Studio, the following applies:

• Hire dates are agreed with you directly at the time of enquiry — these are confirmed personally, not automatically, so nothing is locked in until Lisa confirms availability with you.
• Dresses should be returned by the agreed date, in the condition they were hired in (aside from normal, gentle wear).
• Professional cleaning is arranged by Wear Well Studio after each hire — please don't wash, iron, or dry clean the garment yourself.
• Some pieces are heavily embellished (sequins, beading, delicate fabric) and are marked as needing extra care — please take particular care with these, including around seating, jewellery and fastenings.
• Payment is required in full at least 72 hours before your hire date to secure your booking.
• Late returns incur a $20 late fee for each additional day.
• Cancelling within 36 hours of your expected hire date incurs a loss of 50% of the hire cost.
• If a dress is returned damaged beyond normal wear, or not returned at all, the cost of professional repair or replacement will be charged to you.

Styling Sessions

For The Reset, The Refine and The Getaway packages:

• Bookings are confirmed once details are agreed between you and Lisa directly.
• Payment is required in full at least 72 hours before your booked session time and date. If payment isn't received by then, the session is automatically void and 50% of the service cost is charged.
• Cancelling within 48 hours of your session incurs a loss of 50% of the stylist package cost.
• Optional add-ons (personal shopping, extra wardrobes, travel to your location) may carry additional costs, which will always be discussed with you upfront before any charge applies.

Facial Sculpting, Tension Release & Lymphatic Massage

Facial sculpting, tension release and lymphatic massage are currently delivered through my contractor location at The Narrows Landing, Tamahere. If your service includes a massage component, I'll arrange this with you directly through that studio.

Payments

Pricing for all services is listed on the website in NZD. Payment methods and timing (e.g. deposit vs. full payment) will be confirmed with you directly when your booking is arranged.

Your Privacy

When you get in touch — through the enquiry form or the chat assistant — Wear Well Studio collects the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and what you're enquiring about.

• This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and manage any booking or hire — never sold and never shared with third parties beyond what's needed to run the business (for example, payment processing).
• The chat assistant is AI-powered and processes your messages in order to reply to you; it isn't used to make decisions about you beyond having a helpful conversation.
• You're welcome to ask what information is held about you, or to have it deleted, at any time — just get in touch using the details below.

General

Wear Well Studio operates in Waikato, New Zealand, in person and virtually worldwide. These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Occasionally these policies may be updated — the most current version will always be the one on this page.
